Thank you for using the LATeasysign.com website. Your use of the website (referred to herein as the “Site”) is governed by this document, which constitutes a legal agreement between you, the Site user, and LATeasysign.com , a NJ Limited Liability Company.

General

You have contracted with LATeasysign.com for creation, hosting, and maintenance of the Site. Your access to the Site is paid for by you. It is, however, only made available to those who accept the terms herein, a condition required by the contract between LATeasysign.com and you. By using the Site, you are expressing your acceptance of and intent to be bound by the terms herein. Please read this document carefully and save an electronic or printed copy for your records. If at any time you no longer wish to be bound by the Terms of Service, you must discontinue your use of the Site.
LATeasysign.com reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Service from time-to-time, but in no instance shall revisions apply retroactively; that is, Terms of Service govern the Site beginning on the date they are posted to the Site, and apply to uses from that date forward. LATeasysign.com urges you to access and review these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your use of the Site after new Terms of Service have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those Terms. LATeasysign.com will keep past versions of these Terms of Service on file and will provide you with a copy of the current or past Terms of Service upon your request.
Individuals barred from doing so by the laws of any relevant jurisdiction may not use the Site. Individuals not of age to enter into a binding contract may only use the Site if these Terms of Service are consented to by a parent or legal guardian, and the parent or legal guardian monitors use of the Site to ensure compliance with these Terms of Service. Parents and legal guardians agree to be solely responsible for any breach of these Terms of Service by minors. LATeasysign.com does not allow minors under the age of 13 to submit any information to the Site, nor does it target its services to them directly. In no instance may minors under 13 submit personal information to any area of the Site. All other minors may submit personal information to the Site with parental or legal guardian permission.

Site Content and Access

The content and services provided on this Site are made accessible to you for community, recreational and informational purposes only. You may only use this website for lawful purposes and for the purposes for which this Site was intended. You may not interfere with the security or otherwise abuse this Site, its system resources, and any networks connected to or accessible through this Site. This license is granted to allow you to use the Site, services and content provided by LATeasysign.com. No right, interest, or title is provided or granted by this paragraph. You are expressly prohibited from use of LATeasysign.com’ name, logos, and other trademarks without LATeasysign.com’ written permission.
The content available on the Site may only be used for your own, non-commercial, personal purposes. You may not, or permit anyone else, to copy, modify, or create a derivative work from any Site content.
The services, including, but not limited to, Site user interface (“look and feel”) and functionality may only be used by you. LATeasysign.com grants to you only a license to use the services of the Site, and expressly prohibits copying, reusing, re-licensing, publication, creating derivative works based upon, and reverse engineering. Exceeding the scope of the licenses in these Terms of Service will be grounds for termination of your Site access, at LATeasysign.com’ sole discretion, and could result in civil liability and criminal charges.
LATeasysign.com warrants that it has obtained all necessary permissions and licenses of third-party intellectual property that it has posted or used. Any individuals who believe that their intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by or through the Site should contact LATeasysign.com at support@LATeasysign.com or by submitting feedback to the Site to request that the materials be removed.

User-Submitted Content

Certain areas of the Site allow you to submit your own content. You represent by submitting any content to the Site that you are either: (a) the creator and owner of such content, (b) claiming reasonable fair use, or (c) that you have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions required to allow you to post the content to the Site and license it to LATeasysign.com in accordance with this paragraph. You retain copyright and other proprietary and intellectual property rights in content you submit, post, display, or share on or through the Site. By submitting your content to LATeasysign.com, however, you grant to LATeasysign.com a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to view, store, and publish through the Site any content you submit, post, display, or share on or through the Site.
You also agree that you will not use any name, logo, or other trademark of any entity in a way that is likely or intended to cause confusion about the origin or authorized users of such marks, names, or logos.
In the areas of the Site which allow you to submit content, the responsibility for all content belongs solely to the person from which such content originated. You may not, or permit anyone else to, copy, modify, create a derivative work from content submitted by another content contributor unless you have permission from that content contributor in writing, or are claiming reasonable fair use in your use of the content.
LATeasysign.com reserves the right to screen, review, filter, modify, or remove any content posted by any user to the Site, but has no obligation to do so. As such, you understand that in using the Site, you may be exposed to content you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. If you encounter such content, please bring it to the attention of LATeasysign.com by emailing support@LATeasysign.comor by submitting feedback to the Site.
Any individuals or entities who believe that their intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by or through user-submitted content should contact support@LATeasysign.comor submit feedback to the Site to request that the materials be removed. LATeasysign.com will investigate the request and remove content as appropriate, and where possible.
LATeasysign.com allows for the posting and publication of photographs to the Site, but realizes that photographs of individuals may be sensitive in nature. Any person whose photograph is posted to the Site and objects may have that photograph removed by using the Site’s removal feature, or by contacting LATeasysign.com at support@LATeasysign.com or by submitting feedback to the Site.

Privacy

LATeasysign.com has access to and may collect certain information pertaining to you when you visit and use the Site.
LATeasysign.com will collect and use your personal information to operate, repair, modify, and maintain the Site. LATeasysign.com may, from time-to-time, notify you of other products or services available from LATeasysign.com or its affiliates.
LATeasysign.com will not, however, sell or disclose your personal information to any third parties, except that LATeasysign.com may disclose your personal information to trusted agents and affiliates only for the limited purposes of providing statistical analysis, sending email or postal mail regarding the Site, providing customer support, and performing maintenance and repairs on the Site. LATeasysign.com reserves the right to track Site usage and activities by users during on-going development of the Site in order to provide better services to users over time.
LATeasysign.com reserves the right to disclose personal information without notice when compelled to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary for the protection of the health and property of others.

Miscellaneous Content Rules and Etiquette

Keep in mind that the responsibility for all content belongs solely to the person from which such content originated. LATeasysign.com does not endorse any particular opinion expressed through the Site and cannot be responsible for it.
You may have access to proprietary and confidential information in the course of employment, contractual relationship or otherwise. This information should never be posted to the Site without express permission of the owner of such information. LATeasysign.com will in no way be responsible for your violation of trade secret laws or disclosure of information prohibited by contract or other law.
You agree to adhere to the following rules on acceptable Site behavior. In using the Site, you will not:

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim association or affiliation with any person or entity;
Otherwise manipulate, abuse, or “hack,” the Site in a manner inconsistent with their intended purposes; or,
Post photographs of others to the Site without their consent, or the consent of a parent or legal guardian in the case of minors.

Disclaimers

You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk and that the Site is provided on an “as is” basis. The Site and its content are provided without representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied representations, warranties, or conditions of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Though LATeasysign.com will make its best efforts in its operation and maintenance of the Site, it cannot warrant the following:

LATeasysign.com does not warrant that the Site, the services and content available thereon are accurate, functional or that they will meet any of your particular needs.
LATeasysign.com cannot warrant that the Site will be available at any particular time, uninterrupted, free from error, or secure.
LATeasysign.com disclaims responsibility for any harm done to your system or other devices, or any loss of data that occurs because of content accessed or downloaded through the Site, including viruses, or by use of the Site.
LATeasysign.com hereby disclaims all liability for the opinions and information supplied by others to the Site. No content available on the Site should be construed as an endorsement of any particular product or service not offered by LATeasysign.com.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall LATeasysign.com or any of its directors, officers, employees, licensors, or agents be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever (including damages for loss of profits, interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) in connection with any claim, loss, damage, action, suit or other proceeding arising under or out of these Terms of Service, including without limitation your use of, reliance upon, access to, or exploitation of the Site, the content available thereon, or any rights or permissions granted to you hereunder, even if LATeasysign.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages, whether the action is based on contract, tort, infringement of intellectual property rights or otherwise.
In any event, the total maximum aggregate liability of LATeasysign.com under these Terms of Service or for your use of the Site and content in any matter whatsoever shall be limited to one-hundred ($100.00) U.S. Dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LATeasysign.com, and its officers, directors, partners, agents, members and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively "Claims") arising out of or caused by your activities through the Site. This provision specifically includes, but is not limited to, claims of intellectual property infringement, invasion of privacy and defamation. LATeasysign.com shall not have waived or be deemed to have waived, by reason of this paragraph, any defense which it may have respect to such Claims.

Links and Other Content
1. The Site may include hyperlinks to other websites and resources. com has no control over any third-party site, service, resource, or content. You understand and acknowledge that LATeasysign.com is not responsible for any third-party site, service, resource, or content, and does not endorse any of that site’s content, including advertising content.
2. You agree that LATeasysign.com is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred as a result of your access of external sites, resources, and content, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, products, or other materials on, or available from, such sites, resources, or content.
Member Accounts and Third-Party Services

Certain areas of the Site are restricted to members only. In order to access these areas, you must be an active member and create an electronic account with us. Creation of a LATeasysign.com electronic account first requires your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your electronic account, including passwords, and controlling electronic access to your account. You assume responsibility for everything that happens under your account login. You agree to notify LATeasysign.com immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access of your account, stolen login information, or other breach of security. You may not, at any time, use another member’s login information to access the Site. While LATeasysign.com takes reasonable safeguards to protect access to the account areas of the Site, it cannot be responsible for any act of those who gain unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to give us accurate and current login and contact information connected with your account. You also agree to continually update your information as it changes.
Certain events available on the Site allow you to pay for posted services, such as classes and lessons, through a third-party service, such as PayPal. These services are not provided by LATeasysign.com, and LATeasysign.com does not have a role in the transaction. LATeasysign.com makes this service available for your convenience, but requires that you assume all risk related to third-party services. You agree that any dispute between you and a third-party service provider will be resolved solely between you and that third-party service provider. By purchasing third-party services available through the Site, you are acknowledging your complete release of LATeasysign.com for all claims and disputes arising from those transactions.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Service are intended to be a valid and legally-binding contract between you and LATeasysign.com. You expressly agree to consent to the jurisdiction of the State of New Jersey and to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms of Service exclusively in the courts residing in that state. All questions with respect to the construction of these Terms of Service and the rights and liabilities of you and LATeasysign.com shall be determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Notwithstanding this paragraph, LATeasysign.com shall have the right to seek injunctive remedy in any jurisdiction it chooses.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire legal agreement between you and LATeasysign.com. These Terms of Service completely replace any prior agreements between you and LATeasysign.com in relation to the Site.
You agree that LATeasysign.com may notify you of changes to these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on the Site. You agree to monitor the Site for changes to the Terms of Service.
If any court of law should, in exercising its valid jurisdiction over the matters herein, rule that any part of these Terms of Service is invalid, then that part shall be removed without affecting the rest of these Terms of Service. The remaining Terms of Service will continue to be valid and enforceable.
